Performance Requirements

PS1: Final assembly cannot weigh more than fifty pounds.

Sling assembly needs to be able to support the two-hundred-fifty pounds weapons pylon and have a factor of safety of at least three.

The weapons pylon needs to be attached in an ergonomic way to reduce stress on workers when using the sling design or an adjustable cart.

The sling needs to be easily accessed and stored in an efficient way.

The sling needs to be compatible with the right and left weapons pylon.

The device needs to be able to mount to a damaged weapons pylon aircraft.

The Design incorporates four folding arms machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum
